My Story
I'm a multi-hyphenate: wife, mom, grandmom, midlife model, mental health advocate, business and personal counselor. My true passion lies in empowering men and women of all ages, especially those 40 and above. I provide a safe space to grow without any fear of judgment.
With my background in psychology, counselling and business, I'm uniquely qualified.
I'm always excited to share my story, inspire and help others to overcome their challenges and live their best lives.
